Arizona Hearing and Balance Center is a comprehensive medical office located at 225 South Dobson Road, Chandler, Arizona at the northeast corner of Dobson and Frye. The office first opened in 2001 with the unchanging goal of providing the best care for hearing and balance disorders in one convenient location.
Michael J. Fucci, MD is the medical director at Arizona Hearing & Balance Center and is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in the subspecialty of neurotology and otolaryngology that includes both pediatrics and adults. He completed medical school at Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and residency training in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Thomas Jefferson School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed a fellowship in neurotology at the prestigious House Ear Clinic-USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. This highly competitive, sought after fellowship trains otolaryngologists in the advanced medical and surgical treatment of hearing loss.
In the fall of 2001, Arizona Hearing and Balance Center performed the first adult cochlear implant and the first pediatric cochlear implant in the East Valley and is currently the only comprehensive cochlear implant program in the East Vally. We performed the first bone anchored hearing aids in both adults and children in the state and completed the first translabyrinthine approach for acoustic neuroma surgery, a technique that helps prevent facial paralysis and brain injury. We strive to provide the best medical and surgical care.
Our audiologists are uniquely skilled in providing the best care, spanning all aspects of hearing care, from programming your cochlear implants to helping you pick the best hearing aid for your specific needs.
We provide everything from simple ear wax removal and hearing testing to complex ear surgery and implantable hearing aid programming under one roof, and exist to provide you with the BEST care.
