Hours of Operation Our regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please make appointments and/or request information during these hours. |
Appointment Policies
Arizona Hearing & Balance Center is very focused on patient needs and comfort during their visit to the office. Patients are usually seen at the time of their appointment; however, emergencies in surgery and unforeseen patient care needs may cause an increase in wait times.
Please note that at AH&BC, we do all we can to keep prompt and timely appointment schedules. However, if there is a delay, patients will be notified. We appreciate your understanding when delays do occur and we also understand that this may cause a personal inconvenience. If that is the case, we ask you to speak with the receptionist to reschedule your appointment.
Prior to Your Appointment
Please make sure you have all necessary paper work, test results and any films with you prior to your arrival at the office. It is also essential that all authorizations for your appointment are given in advance so that you may be seen by the physician on the day you are scheduled.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your assigned appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notification. Our staff, as well as our other patients who are waiting for appointments, will appreciate the courtesy.
Surgery and Outpatient Testing
If surgery, hospitalization, or outpatient services are suggested, AH&BC will coordinate the scheduling. Please note that surgeries are scheduled approximately four weeks in advance. Our surgery scheduler will work with your calendar. Emergency surgery always takes precedent.
